Power Protein Smoothie

Papaya is an excellent source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, while banana gives you a good dose of potassium and healthy carbohydrates.
 
Ingredients:
 
  • Banana - 1 small
  • Papaya - 100gms diced
  • Power protein - 1 serving
  • Milk - 250ml
  • Ice cubes - as required
 
Method:
 
Beat the chopped fruits in the blender for 30 secs. Add milk, power protein and ice cubes. Whip for an additional 15 seconds. Till everything is dissolved and looks like a thick delicious shake is ready to eat. You're yummy, nutritious, on-the go breakfast is ready to drink!
