Power Protein Crepes

This high protein low fat variation of the normal crepe can be consumed as a main meal or as a desert when you are battling a sweet tooth! With POWER PROTEIN and egg whites as it’s only ingredients, it makes for a high protein option which you can indulge in guilt free. It can also be used in combination with some sugar free jam.
 
 
Ingredients:
 
  • Egg whites - 4 large
  • Power protein - 1 serving
  • Water - As required
 
Method:
 
Beat egg whites till light and fluffy. Incorporate power protein. Add water, till a runny consistency is achieved. Pour a scoop of batter into a non-stick pan. Spread as thin as possible by swirling the pan. Cook both sides well.
 
Crepes are now ready. They can be eaten with a variety of fillings like peanut butter, cream cheese, honey, maple syrup, fresh sliced fruits and low fat cream.
